Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all the tags and protective films intact. For electronic devices like smartphones and smartwatches, the device must not be activated.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue. Brand warranties cover manufacturing defects as per the respective brand's policies.
