Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our store. To cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may refuse delivery or request a return as per our Return Policy.

2. Cancellation by Singh Bandhu

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled by us after payment, a full refund will be processed immediately.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

For successfully canceled orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
